You paste the message you received, and before writing anything the tool breaks it down — pulling out the key points and flagging whether the sender needs an action from you. Then it composes a response shaped by the tone you pick and any context you supply about your role. A second mode analyzes entire email threads. Everything happens in the browser, which is why it works fine for messages you would never paste into a cloud chatbot: salary negotiations, legal disputes, personnel matters.

(2) In Reply Generator, paste the email you received and optionally describe your position in the context box; then select a tone, a language, and how strongly the tone should come across — Subtle, Standard, or Strong. (3) Generate, and review the extracted key points, the action-required warning if there is one, and the finished reply, which copies to your clipboard in one click. (4) In Thread Analysis, paste the entire conversation with its headers. You get message-by-message sentiment, how the tone progressed, every action item, unresolved questions, participants, and topics — exportable as a JSON file for records.
Beyond the five tones, three levers shape every reply. Intensity sets how hard the tone lands: Subtle hints, Standard states, Strong insists — the difference between declining politely and closing a discussion. Language rewrites the reply in any of eight options, with phrasing adapted to business norms rather than machine-translated word for word; non-English output needs the local AI model loaded. The context box is the most underrated lever: writing 'I already apologized once and the client is escalating' produces a completely different, more informed reply than tone alone. The template library pre-fills context for seven recurring scenarios — follow-up, apology, request, and others — so routine correspondence takes seconds instead of minutes.
