Meeting Time Planner Across Time Zones
Pick a meeting slot that works across time zones: enter your time and see it in every participant's local time, with working-hours overlap highlighted. No signup.
Remote teams do not schedule meetings — they negotiate them. The cost of a mistake is a colleague joining at 2 a.m. or a client waiting an hour for a call. A time zone planner shows one proposed slot mapped to every attendee's local clock at once, so the fair option is visible instead of guessed.
Set your base time, add the cities your participants are in, and read the grid: green rows are inside everyone's working hours. Daylight saving changes are handled automatically — the tool converts with current rules, so a slot picked for next month stays correct when the clocks shift.

Why the same minute shows different clocks — illustrated
Every time zone is UTC plus a fixed offset — the number of hours and minutes it sits ahead of (or behind) UTC. London is UTC+1 in summer, New York is UTC−5, Shanghai is UTC+8. The instant is identical; only the offset shifts how it is written on each wall clock.
Offsets are whole or half hours (India uses UTC+5:30). Daylight saving moves the offset twice a year — which is why UTC is the stable reference this tool and every computer aligns to.
You want a call that fits everyone's working day (09:00–18:00). UTC 14:00 lands inside the window for all three.
- London (UTC+1):14:00 UTC + 1h = 15:00 — mid-afternoon ✅
- New York (UTC−5):14:00 UTC − 5h = 09:00 — just-starting morning ✅
- Shanghai (UTC+8):14:00 UTC + 8h = 22:00 — after work ✗
- Pick UTC 09:00:→ SH 17:00 · NY 04:00 ✗, so 14:00-UTC was the sweet spot

Frequently asked questions
How do I pick a meeting time across time zones?
Find the overlap window where every location is between roughly 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. — for US–Europe teams that is usually 8–10 a.m. US Eastern (1–3 p.m. London, 2–4 p.m. Berlin). If no overlap exists, rotate the inconvenience between regions rather than always penalizing the same team.
Does the planner handle daylight saving time?
Yes — conversions use each zone's current DST rules, including regions that do not observe DST at all. Because US and EU clocks change on different dates (roughly two to three weeks apart in March and October), recurring meetings can shift by an hour for a few weeks each year; the grid shows the actual resulting local times so you can spot it.
