Analyze keyword difficulty, search volume, CPC, and search intent. Generate long-tail keyword variations and export your research as CSV.
Enter a seed keyword above and click "Analyze" to get keyword suggestions with difficulty scores, search volume, CPC, and search intent.
This tool runs 100% in your browser. All computation happens locally on your device — your input is never uploaded to any server. Results are for reference only.
Every bubble is one keyword group generated from the seed, and its size is how many keywords share that cell. The ringed head term sits high and to the right — big volume, expensive to win. Adding modifiers walks the same topic left into cheaper difficulty, and the colour shows which intent you end up selling to.
Sam runs a small document site and types the seed keyword “pdf merge”, then hits Analyze. The tool expands that seed into 15 modifier variants and scores all 16 keywords.

This tool helps you build a keyword strategy locally: enter a seed topic and it generates keyword variations and long-tail expansions — question forms, modifier combinations like best, free, how to, near me, and comparison patterns versus and alternatives — then lets you score each candidate on the axes that decide whether to target it: estimated search volume, ranking difficulty, commercial intent, and fit to your page. Results organize into clusters you can map to pages, and the plan exports for use in your content workflow.
New site owners choosing their first ten topics instead of guessing. Content planners building topic clusters who need one pillar mapped to many long-tails. Niche bloggers competing against high-authority domains by targeting low-difficulty terms first. Small businesses doing local SEO who need service-plus-city keyword patterns. Freelancers and agencies scoping keyword strategy for client proposals without paying per-seat tool subscriptions for the discovery phase.
(1) Enter seed keywords for your topic — two or three broad phrases. (2) The generator expands them into variations: question forms, modifier combinations, commercial-intent patterns, and long-tail phrases. (3) Score each candidate on volume, difficulty, and intent using your judgment or imported data from Search Console and analytics you already have. (4) Cluster related keywords into groups that map to single pages, and mark each cluster pillar versus supporting. (5) Export the keyword plan to drive your content calendar.
The honest frame: a new site ranks for low-difficulty, specific terms first, and difficulty is mostly about who is on page one. The practical filter sequence: start with search intent — a keyword is only yours if your page type matches what ranks (a comparison keyword needs a comparison page, not a blog post). Then apply the difficulty eyeball test: search the term and look at page one; if it is all major brands and comprehensive guides, defer it; if you see thin forum threads, outdated pages, or sites with no direct answer, that is your opening. Favor long-tail: four-plus-word phrases convert better, have clearer intent, and face far less competition — and a hundred of them out-traffic most head terms. Mine your own data: Search Console queries where you rank positions 8–20 are the cheapest wins on the board, already proven relevant. Cluster before writing: one strong page per cluster beats five overlapping thin pages, both for users and for how search engines consolidate relevance. And validate the keyword describes something people genuinely search — check autocomplete, related searches, and the language your customers actually use before committing weeks of content effort.
Each keyword is scored on search volume, ranking difficulty, CPC, and search intent (informational, commercial, transactional, navigational), and the tool plots the volume–difficulty–intent trade-off so you can see at a glance which terms are winnable. Long-tail variation generation expands a seed keyword into specific, lower-competition queries you can target with focused pages.
Weight intent and difficulty over raw volume: a 200-search/month transactional query you can actually rank for beats a 20,000-search informational head term dominated by major brands. The scatter plot makes this trade-off visual — the practical shortlist is keywords in the lower-left-to-middle band (decent volume, beatable difficulty, clear intent) that match a page you are genuinely equipped to build.
Yes. The research table exports as CSV, so you can drop it straight into a spreadsheet, a content calendar, or a brief template. Columns include the keyword, its volume, difficulty, CPC, and intent classification, preserving everything shown in the analysis view.
